Warranty Program

At Simildiet, our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damages to our products that occur during the manufacturing or shipping process. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 working days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
